A Bit About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois, and a current member of the National Association of Social Workers, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my relationship work. I also work with non-monogamous individuals and relationship groups.

While I have always enjoyed working with the public in a service capacity, I returned to school for social work in 2019 because I wanted to become a resource for others, with the training to truly support them in a time of need. I specialize in working with the queer community—and especially with transgender folks—helping others to navigate the challenges they face in relating with others day-to-day.
