Transform Mental Healthcare, P.C. was founded in 2026 to focus on the needs of LGBTQ+ individuals, allies, and anyone who has felt marginalized for who they are or who they care about. We offer individual and relationship therapy for anyone who wants to make meaningful change in their life or relationships.

Our individual therapy sessions are designed to address your specific concerns and help you navigate life's challenges. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we aim to empower you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.
Relationships
Our relationship therapy focuses on enhancing communication, building trust, and strengthening relationships. We provide a neutral and supportive environment for partners to address conflicts, improve intimacy, and foster a deeper connection.
Groups
Coming in 2027!
Group therapy sessions help you connect with others who have experienced some of the same challenges, allowing you to feel less alone and more connected.

We work with a variety of insurance plans to ensure accessibility to mental health services. Please contact us for information on coverage details and insurance plans accepted.
Please note that we are not in-network with all of the plans listed below, but we will work with your insurance to bill for out-of-network services. If your insurance company is not listed, please reach out to our office directly.
